Cricket for a Cause
Water For All (a student organization) along with Arizona Tamil Sangam proudly announce the 2014 - Cricket Tournament, the 6 over-6 per side, lively form of entertaining games.
The funds collected from this tournament i...s going for the construction of a hand-pump in developing countries including India. This club was started by Corona del Sol High School Students, Tempe, AZ and they have already constructed one hand-pump in Visakhapatnam, India where 1,500 families are getting benefited.
League stages to be held on 04-05-2014 (Saturday), 04-12-2014 (Saturday) & 04-13-2014 (Sunday).
Finals will be held on Saturday, April 19th before the Tamil Sangam - Tamil New Year Celebrations.
Game Guidelines include:
• Six overs per game
• Six Players per team
• Hard Tennis Ball
• Entrance Fee $20 per player
